Writing quarantaine....

Emiel and myself (Eva) will be locking ourselves up for the next couple of days to write songs for our new (third) album. It will be a 'writing quarantaine' in the house of Leoni Jansen. She is so sweet in offering us her house for our creative explosions. Leoni is currently staying in Kenia, working on her upcoming theatertour 'The Daughters of Africa'.

Sensuàl ‘Brazilian Jazz 'n Grooves’ TheaterTour groot succes!

 

Het zal velen niet ontgaan zijn, onze lopende theatertour is een doorslaand succes. Na een reeks zeer succesvolle theaterconcerten, waarvan 9 uitverkocht, zijn we aanbeland in het laatste stadium van de tour. Nog 8 te gaan en er zijn nog kaarten, dus kom kijken!

Tim Dudek
Göttingen (Germany) 1980
(Drums)
Tim studied at the Amsterdam Conservatory.
He graduated in 2005 with a bachelor degree and got admitted to the 2 year masters program where he focused on Brazilian Music.
Tim received the 'Top Talent' scholarship to go study in Rio de Janeiro - Brazil. Current projects a.o. Giovanca, Frank Mc Comb, Rebekka Thenu,  Sensuàl.                                                                                     
Rik Kraak
Eindhoven (The Netherlands) 1983
(Bass)
Rik graduated in 2006 at the Rotterdam Conservatory. Rik won the 'Erasmus Jazz Prijs 2006'. Current projects are a.o. Knobsticker, Gijs Batelaan Quintet and Sensuàl.




Arndt Beckmann
(Germany)
(Percussion)

Arndt graduated at the Rotterdam Conservatory Codarts. During his study he took masterclasses in a.o. Senegal and Cuba by teachers as: Lois Conte and Armando Peraza. Arndt won the 'Best Musician' award at 'De grote prijs van Nederland'. He played with a.o.
Hind, Zuco 103 and Nueva Manteca.

Ivo Bergmans
Raamsdonksveer (The Netherlands) 1979
(Sound engineer)

After his Marketing education Ivo made a career switch to becoming a sound engineer. Sensuàl is one of the bands Ivo works for.
